• Content you submit — in RizzGPT, this includes screenshots of conversations, text messages, profile text, or prompts you upload so the app can generate reply suggestions.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or feedback.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, language, and how you interact with the Services.
• Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data used to keep the Services reliable.
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location).

02 How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services and their core features.
• Generate AI-powered suggestions and responses based on the content you submit.
• Process subscriptions and manage your account.
• Improve, personalize, and develop new features and products.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues.
• Communicate with you about updates, support, and (where permitted) marketing you can opt out of.

03 AI processing

Our apps use artificial intelligence to deliver their core functionality. When you submit content — such as a screenshot or message in RizzGPT — that content is processed by AI models, which may be operated by trusted third-party AI providers acting on our behalf, to generate the output you requested.

• We use submitted content to provide and improve the Services.
• We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.
• We instruct our AI providers to process content only to deliver the feature and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
• AI-generated suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate; you remain responsible for how you use them.

04 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers — vendors who help us run the Services (cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, customer support), bound by contracts that protect your data.
• App stores & payments — Apple processes purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store; we do not receive your full payment card details.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or benone.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice consistent with this policy.

05 Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Content you submit for AI processing is retained for the period needed to deliver and improve the feature, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Your privacy rights).

06 Security

We use technical and organizational measures — such as encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

07 Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a portable copy of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
• Opt out of marketing communications.

08 International data transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to ensure your information remains protected.

09 Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children. RizzGPT is rated 17+ and intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by local law (16 in the EU/UK, 13 in the US). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10 Purchases & subscriptions

Paid features and subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. benone does not store your payment card information.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
